The Archive of the German Polar Research (AdP) of the Alfred Wegener Institute is to be integrated into the Archive Information System of Lower Saxony and Bremen. 
FIELAX is providing AWI with programming support for the implementation: By the end of the year, all AWI archive records will be transformed into the new format and can then be found on the Arcinsys website. In the new archive system, all archive objects will be organized in a uniform and clear manner and will be easy to find using an online search.
